Devant le succès de la Pontiac GTO, Buick se devait de proposer sa "muscle-car" : La GS400 comme "Grand sport" .C'est une version raffinée pour ceux qui ne veulent pas non plus oublier le confort !. Il suffisait de prendre l' intermédiaire Skylark et de l' équiper du moteur des grosses Wildcat. En 1967 est ajouté une version moins puissante (et moins chère !) la GS350. Ces 2 modèles sont proposés en coupé et en convertible.
Against the success of the Pontiac GTO, Buick had
to offer its "muscle-car" : The GS400 as "Grand sport".
It is a refined version for those who don't want to forget the comfort ! It
was sufficient to take the medium-sized Skylark and equip it with the huge Wildcat's
engine. In 1967 was added a less powerful (and cheaper!) version, the GS350.
These two models were offered as coupe and convertible.
