Dodge ajoute des appendices aérodynamiques a sa charger pour les courses de Nascar : La Daytona qui apparaitra sur de nombreuses publicités d' époque. Des Daytonas civilisées ont été distribué a compte goutte dans les concessions Dodge.
The Charger is slightly modified for 1970, with the come back of the radiator grill in one part. Dodge adds an aerodynamic elements to its charger for the Nascar race, the Daytona appears in the ads of the era. Few civilised versions of Daytona were distributed by Dodge concessions.
